Our products are made available through our online store. We make every effort to display product images, colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Print placement may also vary slightly during production. A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered normal and will not be treated as a product defect.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • You have reviewed your order details before purchase

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations, especially where production has already started.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, and offers at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on production, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery details, customs checks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor print placement variations.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Where appropriate, we may offer a free reprint or a refund.

You do not need to return the damaged or defective product.

Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or reprint.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order, billing, and shipping information
  • Choosing the correct product, size, colour, and design
  • Reviewing product descriptions before purchase
  • Contacting us promptly if there is an issue with your order

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by you.
